Writing Fundamentals is our core module and is the foundation of our other modules. Understanding the basic rules of efficient writing is needed before progressing into specialised writing.
Business writing, like any form of writing, involves a process:

- Editing
Business writing should be clear, concise and should always be focused on the reader – their needs, prior knowledge and what action the writer wants them to take. Language should be simple and easy to read and should be appropriate to the situation and the reader. Writing is part of human interaction and should reflect image and emotion.
